What's Included
Investment Range
These ranges reflect real GTA projects. Your actual cost depends on scope, materials, and site conditions — which is why Dwight visits before quoting.
Basic Refresh
$15,000 – $30,000
Cabinet refacing or replacement, countertop swap, new backsplash, fixtures. No layout changes. Good for kitchens with sound bones that need a visual update.
Mid-Range Full Renovation
$30,000 – $60,000
Full demo, new cabinets, new countertops, plumbing updates, electrical adjustments, tile work, flooring. Most common scope for a full GTA kitchen renovation.
High-End Custom
$60,000 – $85,000+
Custom cabinetry, premium countertops, full layout change, structural modifications, high-end appliances and finishes. Projects where material costs and coordination time are both significant.
Getting an accurate number starts with seeing the job.
Transparency
On a recent commercial renovation, Dwight opened the ceiling to run venting and found that the ABS pipe at vanity level switched to FP pipe above — tripling the material cost for that section of plumbing. He called the client the same afternoon. Explained exactly what he found, what it would cost to do it correctly, and what the alternative was. The client approved the change. The job was finished properly.
That's how change orders are supposed to work. A legitimate change order is a same-day conversation with real numbers attached. It is not a surprise line item on a final invoice.
Testimonials
“Dwight did a complete kitchen gut on our Bradford home. From demo to final tile, he was on site every day. The kitchen looks like something out of a design magazine and we know exactly who built it.”
“Three contractors quoted our kitchen renovation. Dwight was the only one who walked through it in person and explained what the layout change would actually involve. That conversation alone told us he knew what he was talking about.”
“A week into the renovation, Dwight found old supply lines behind the cabinets that needed replacing. Sent us photos that afternoon, explained the cost, got our okay. Project still came in close to the original quote.”
“The tile work in our kitchen is flawless. Dwight does his own tiling and the difference is visible. We've had guests ask who our designer was.”
“We'd been burned before by a contractor who lowballed, started the job, then hit us with changes every week. Dwight's number was higher up front but ended up being almost exactly what we paid. No games.”
“Finished on schedule, communicated every decision, cleaned up every night before leaving. If you've hired contractors before, you know how rare that is.”
